We are a group of three Church of England parishes serving the communities of Wotton‑under‑Edge, Ozleworth, North Nibley, Alderley and Tresham. On this site you can find out more about our friendly churches, our varied worship, our caring people, our expanding range of activities and also about baptisms, marriages and funerals.
Our friendly churches offer a variety of worship in our communities. You will find a warm welcome in each of our churches and we invite you to join us as we worship together and serve one another in the community.
Our benefice, part of the Diocese of Gloucester, has four open churches: St. Mary’s, Wotton; St. Martin’s, North Nibley; St. Kenelm’s, Alderley and the Chapel of Ease at Tresham. There is also the closed church of St. Nicholas in the small community of Ozleworth. At the moment we do not have a Vicar for the Benefice but hope to have one soon. In the meantime there is a team of clergy and lay people and you can find out more about us here.
We try to keep our churches open during day light hours as places of prayer, contemplation and spiritual refreshment. There are services in the churches on weekdays and you will find details of worship during the week here.
We are always ready and willing to help you prepare for those great occasions of baptisms, weddings and to be with you in times of sadness as you need to arrange a funeral. Do get in touch to see how we can help you.
Welcome, we look forward to sharing our churches with you!
